Rules:
Account creating is free and it is not considered as your congress registration.
At first for submitting your article you should create an account, then you can submit it by log in your account.
After the article confirmation, you should pay the registration fee. Otherwise, you cannot present your article and no certificate belong you.
If your article not confirmed by congress but you pay the registration fee before the arbitration of the scientific paper, in this case registration payment is not refundable.
Your registration fee that you pay for congress participating is not refundable.
If you don’t present the article that confirmed by the congress, no certificate of your articles, belong you.
The congress will be hold in online form in 2020.
For receiving your certificate, you should attend in congress at least 75% of its time by use of related software.
In account creation, you must enter your name and last name in correct form in English, because it is not changeable and will be used on your certification.
